Believe it or not, 2022 Jaguar models are not far off from hitting our lot here at Jaguar Peabody. Our dealers have gotten the opportunity to preview some of the new Jaguar SUVs and cars, and we can confidently say that the future is looking bright for Jaguar. While it is tough to summarize all the new features that we’re excited about, there are a few that are definite standouts.
2022 Jaguar F-Type
One of the first 2022 Jaguar models set to arrive at our Jaguar dealer near Boston is likely to be the 2022 Jaguar F-TYPE. This luxury coupe is well-rounded, but one standout new feature is the upgraded powertrain. No matter which trim level you choose, the new model will come standard with the most thrilling of gas engines from Jaguar, a set of powerful V8 engines ranging from 444 horsepower to 575 horsepower. They also feature a Switchable Active Sports Exhaust system so you have the option of releasing the thrilling rumble at all engine speeds.
The convertible will be available in 11 exterior colors, and all-wheel drive will be an option. Compared to last year’s model, the new base model will be equipped with larger wheels, larger rear brakes, and the aforementioned exhaust system.
2022 Jaguar XJ
The future of Jaguar car is going to be heavy on electric technology. The upcoming 2022 Jaguar XJ is going to be turning its back on gasoline and will feature an exclusively electric powertrain. The sedan is expected to achieve 300 miles of range, and while official details are yet to be released, power numbers are expected to match those found on similarly-outfitted gasoline-powered Jaguar sedans.
